Drug Facts: Active Ingredient(in 1 1/2 teaspoon= 7.5 mL)/Purpose: Pelargonium sidoides 1X/Shortens duration and reduces severity of upper respiratory symptoms Aconitum napellus 4X, Eucalyptus globulus 2X, pain reliever* Sambucus nigra (Elderberry) 3X/Fever reducer and pain reliever* Bryonia 4X, Eupatorium perfoliatum 2X/ Cough suppressant* Gelsemium sempervirens 4X, Phosphorus 6X/ Sore throat, sneezing* Ipecacuanha 3X/Nasal decongestant* Inactive Ingredients: Citric acid, elderberry extract, lactose, maltodextrin, natural raspberry flavor with other natural flavors, purified water, sorbitol, vegetable-source glycerin.
Directions: For best results, use a first sign of symptoms. Continue to use for an additional 48 hours after symptoms cease. Adults & children 12 years of age and older: Take 1 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 mL) three times daily. Children 6-11 years of age: Take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) three times daily. Children under 6 years of age: Ask a doctor.
Warnings: Sore throat warning: If sore throat is severe, persists more than 2 days, is accompanied or followed by a fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly. Ask a doctor before use if you have persistent or chronic cough such as occurs with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis or emphysema; a cough accompanied by excessive phlegm (mucus). Stop use and ask a doctor if new symptoms occur, symptoms get worse or last more than 7 days; cough lasts more than 7 days or occurs with rash or persistent headache; fever worsens or lasts more than 3 days. These could be signs of a serious medical condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a healthcare professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Other Information: Store at room temperature 20-25 C (68-77 F) in a dry place out of direct sunlight. Plastic dosage cup provided. Tamper evident: Safety sealed with printed outer shrink band and printed inner seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing.

Good product. However you could get it cheaper @ Walmart and other stores.

Must have for winter

At the first sniffles give this to the family and they will be perfect.we use it as a immune system supplement small dose 5 days a week for school or work.

great product

can be a magic potion, who knows. there are science articles for this, as it is reducing the severity of bronchitis (and related upper respiratory sicknesses) . we usually use it only when we feel the first signs of a sickness (you know the feel, something itchy in your throat). Next day, you are saved.

Works good

My 8 year old is so picky, wont even take Tylenol.. most stubborn child ever.. she will take this.. loves the taste of it.. and it really seems to help her.. I found out about this stuff at my local drug store, they told me about it because my kids are constantly sick.. so we tried this when they started colds and it works.. I was skeptical.. however at my local drug store it is 22 dollars!!!! Here it is half that!!

Works like magic

This is my favorite medicine , it works like magic , 1st sign of cold , take it and cold is gone the next day. I used to get chewable umcka , but syrup works much better. We always have extra!
