Zero effectiveness.I wish I could return them!
For years, I would be awakened at night with excruciating leg cramps that would attack both legs from the thighs down to my feet. Nothing would help and I couldn't even get out of bed to "walk" them off, as moving was painful enough to cause me to see stars! I've been taking this product at night before bedtime for over a year on the advice of my chiropractor, and while I get an occasional bout with cramps, it has decreased their frequency by at least 90%. I can't live without them!
Simple to manage. Amazing vitamins it has everything I need. No guessing game what to buy in the vitamin store.
If you had to buy these individually u would spend much more. I know. I have for years at a much Lower quality of vitamin. You cannot go wrong ! Everything u need in a pack! Drop it in your bag and you are out the door
I have been dealing with insomnia (mostly waking up in the early morning hours and not being able to fall back asleep) for over 10 years. I have been on prescription amitriptyline for most of those years, which helps somewhat but I would have to increase the dose every few years or so which I was not keen on. I am a physician and pretty skeptical when it comes to supplements. Acupuncture, many Chinese herbs and commercial supplements like melatonin and Power to Sleep did absolutely nothing for me. My sleep neurologist recommended trying this, and I had no hope of it helping, but figured I had nothing to lose. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. I don't think this has any effect on falling asleep, but overall my quality of sleep has improved tremendously, it's just deeper with less awakening, and most importantly I no longer wake up in the middle of the night. I was even able to decrease the dose of the amitriptyline to the very minimum. I am still shocked that this actually works, but I have not slept this well in over 10 years, and I've been taking the GABA for 2 months now and will definitely continue to do so.
