Great protection for Gut Health

Thankful for this little product. Pepto Bismal destroys my stomach, but this seems to fo relatively the same thing but doesn't kill my gut flora for days after I take it.

Uggh no good.

I took one of these before I had a healthy 1/2 peanut butter sandwich. Peanut butter does nothing to me ever. I tested these capsules with something I can eat anytime. I have ibs c so I cant eat garlic or fake sugar so I was going to use these for them. So I ate half peanut butter sandwich and took one of these an hour before. I took it at 5:30pm. Its now 12am midnight and my intestines have been gurgling, spasm pains, and gas from this capsule so far 7 hours non stop. These are supposed to be a digestive supplement for foods you cant digest or for gas and bloat. It did the complete opposite. It made me have symptoms I only get with garlic or onions. Ive been eating peanut butter for decades with no problems. Its definitely the charcoal capsule because for 7 long hours now my intestines are rumbling and gurgling and spasm pains for no reason at all after I took this as a test tonight. I took it with water only and no other food to make sure I could single this out. If you have ibs I would not recommend. It made me worse for 1/4 of a day all the way while sleeping too. Luckily they have a refund policy so Im returning this.

Sinus help.

My friend told me about this stuff. He takes it to detox his body. And Im not sure but I think its helping me with sinus headaches which I used to get when I woke up, so I take a couple of these before bed and Im good in the morning.

Like the fact that I can get it in a timely fashion. I am post a surgical procedure that produced a significant change in bowel habits-extremes amount of gasActivated charcoal recommended and my health food store in Fond du Lac, Wi suggested this product. YEAH!! Must be taken hours after any other medication but I work it out.
