Talk to your Doctor first. If approved, give it time, it works for me.

After a long discussion with a specialist, I was given the option to transition from my prescription for anxiety to this supplement. It has been clinically proven to help with anxiety. So far it works and is better without the dangerous side effects that my previous medication had. The only caveat is the burping after taking the capsule(s). * I highly recommend that a good discussion is had with your physician before replacing any medication with this supplement. *

Read somewhere that turmeric has various excellent health benefits and this supplement was highly rated. So, bought a bottle.

I use this for knee and hip joint pain. If used consistently with Glucosamine, it is very effective

Do Not Chew

Bought these chewables to avoid a swallow pill for a friend. Bad idea. I chewed one out of curiosity. Half way through, I had to spit it out. The flavor wasnt a little off, it was horrible. I can tolerate quite a variety of medicinal and food flavors, but this was just awful. Please, dont buy these for the flavor. Dont buy it for the chewable component either, which is gritty and chalky. Just, swallow a pill.
