I bought this since Ive been having terrible cramps at night and i have low vitamin D. only issue is all vitamins offered in drugstores contain gelatin, I needed a halal/kosher vitamin that I can trust. This was the perfect vitamon for me, i dont get the cramps at night, its a flavorless pill and its not hard to swollow. Ive even recommened it to my parents. Truly recommend if your looking for halal/kosher vitamin.

This one actually works

This is the first vitamin D supplement that has actually worked for me. For the past 5 years or so my doctor has told me that my vitamin D is low and I should take 3000 IU of vitamin D3. Every year I respond that I am already taking 3000 IU. I started on this particular supplement back in the summer. At my annual checkup in September my vitamin D was in the normal range for the first time in years! I'm sticking with this one.
