Great value

Great value. Some zinc supplements can cause a bit of nausea, especially if taken without food. That hasn't occured with this for me. I'm happy with the product.

Worth a try

These seem very similar to a product that my mom and I used to take years ago and can longer find. We're on the last of the 5 bottles I received, so it's been a little over 2 months since we started using them. I have noticed that I haven't had as many cravings as usual during my PMS week while taking these. They do contain ingredients that are known to work for the intended purpose of the supplements, including iodine. We usually use Himalayan pink salt or sea salt, so it's not fortified with iodine.

Good deal

There’s a lot of pills it comes with, 300 to be exact. I appreciate when a bottle lasts a long time and has a good value. They are in a capsule so there is no bad taste to be had.

Received mid-April 2024, expiration June 2024. 5 month supply should be good minimum through mid-September, right? Will be tossing most I them I guess, bummer.

Good list of ingredients

The capsules are easy to swallow and I've not had any side effects after taking these for a month. The ingredients are some that I've been taking separately so nice to have them all in this blend. Made in the US, non-GMO and GMP certified - Kosher too if that's important to you. All good things which tell me this is a quality product. Currently unavailable but would like to continue taking after I'm finished with the second bottle
