Item expired too fast but the company did replace them. I’m very satisfied with this product and I feel a boost of energy when I take them.

Time release B complex with methylated folate and B12

I like that this is a time released product without synthetic folic acid and and fillers and contains methylated vitamins for a decent price. I can't really say if it's made a difference in my health or that of my husband. I still take a separate B12 supplement as per Dr. Michael Greger's recommendations for vegan/plant-based eaters.

Morning treat.

For a long time, I was looking for vitamins meeting my religious views expectations and the tasteful quality. Finally, I got it. From now on, I will be purchasing all vitamins from these makers through Amazon.

Reasonable Amounts, Good Forms, Time Release

I was very happy to find this product. I was frustrated by the amount of B complex supplements that were using inferior forms of the B vitamins includes and were using far too much of some B vitamins (in unhealthy amounts). Zahler’s supplement has exactly what I was looking for in terms of the source/quality of the B Vitamins (bioactive forms) and with the reasonable levels that I wanted. The additional pleasant addition is the time release formula, which makes this product exactly what I needed. EDIT - I had originally given this brand 5 stars, and I really do think it is quality in many respects, including ingredients, the time-release function, and the reasonable amounts of vitamins for the most part. However, the big BUT that will keep me from using this again (I was sent a free bottle for a review and it will now go wasted) is the high levels of B12. High levels of B12 (just 55mcg/day - less than 1/4 of what is in this!) has been associated in clinical studies with double the incidence of lung cancer. I love this vitamin, I just wish the B12 content was reasonable. I do worry, as a former smoker about the possibility of lung cancer, and so this will prevent me from using this particular vitamin (unless this one level were to come down).
