I often get Cndida because I am not consistent with a Cndida free diet. Im trying these out to see if they work better than others that Ive tried. 1. The product arrived quickly. 2. The pills are easy to swallow. 3. I was surprised it suggests 3 times a day. Ive managed to remember to take it twice a day and. 4. WOW! Its been less than a week and the Cndida is going away. I have not changed anything about my diet either. Im so happy with this product. ??

UPDATEThis didnt fix the issue. But after this one and a round of Yeast Cleanse my sugar cravings are gone so I know Im improving. I have started R3 with Thorne undylenic acid (or something like that, going from memory) Its supposed to break down biofilm and turn the candida back into yeast so you can digest it and get rid of it. We will see. I have a candida overgrowth causing eczema and itching. I am 5 days inI have noticed my sugar cravings have decreased tremendously. I have not noticed any change in my skin for better or worse. I dont have a strong bowel effect like some have mentioned even with the addition of a greens blend with probiotics as well so I assume someone with a weak stomach should get the regular strength. I dont see this helping my skin but after the 2 weeks on this extra strength I will probably get the regular strength big bottle to continue maintenance on my candida symptoms. If I remember, I will update at the end of the bottle.

Two of my three children got oral thrush a week or so after birth and I had to give them medicine for weeks on end to get rid of it. Super annoying, time consuming, and expensive. When pregnant with my fourth child, my midwife recommended Candidase. I bought it and started to take it the day the baby was born. It says to take one capsule 3 times a day (my midwife said preferably not at meals), but I averaged 1-2 times a day until the bottle was empty. My baby got thrush at 3 weeks, but I caught it early and treated with fluconazole at the advice of babys doctor. I am convinced that if I had taken Candidase 3 times a day, baby would not have gotten thrush. If I could do it again, I would take it at meals because thats when I think about it, and would take it 3 times a day. I think its worth the money because youd spend that much on medication anyway, and this way you and your baby wouldnt have to suffer. Taste: smells like oregano, and I would often burp oregano taste afterwards.
