I have really

I have really bad cramps and this helps. It doesnt magically do the trick but it definitely helps. I still use painkillers, just not as many thankfully. The flavor is pretty intense, not in a good way, so I recommend diluting it.

I get really

I get really bad cramps on the 2nd or 3rd day of my period, the cramps are so intense that I have trouble functioning and sleeping. I try my best to just get through those bad cramp days without taking any pain killers since I'm not into traditional medicine, which is why I wanted to try this cramp tonic. The main ingredient is cramp bark which is supposed to help with cramps by relaxing the uterus. I took this on my 2nd period day when the cramps were very intense and it made me more relaxed but the pain was still there. This also had a diuretic effect and I had to get up 4 times in the middle of the night to pee. I took it again on my 3rd day when the cramps are minimal and it seems to help. This has a slight peppermint smell and I added a teaspoon to my tea and couldn't really taste anything. I would recommend but just be aware that it might not take away intense cramps but still help you feel more calm overall.

It doesn't taste

It doesn't taste bad at all , My teenager tried this for cramps and she said it doesn't take away the pain but it keeps her calm. So I guess it helps one way or the other
