love this product ! normally buy from my chiropractor for half the price but his shipment was on back order . Ill only use amazon if completely out as im not wanting to pay double what i pay locally.

I find that if I take this daily it keeps the cold bug away. When I start to feel like I am getting a cold I give myself a boost a take a higher dose. My chiropractor and her family recommended this after I couldnt shake a cold.
