I have never farted like this in my life not the same as generic Metamucil from the store

I originally bought these when my grocery store was out of generic Metamucil capsules and OMG... I have never had such volume of gas loudly escape me in my life. The farts were so loud they were impossible to hide even going to the bathroom and trying to muffle them. One of them was so legendary my friend will never let me live it down. It wasnt just the sound, but the sheer volume. I felt like I was a human balloon deflating. I dont know if everyones GI system reacts the same to different brands of fiber, but this one was a bad match for me.

Great for your Diet

Due to my diet and health I do not get enough fiber as I should. I tried Psyllium Husk powder but the taste and the flakes were hard to drink down. I recently purchased Psyllium Husk Caps and OMG I am so happy. You will see in a few days of taking these your your daily routines will be much improved. ??
