My naturopathic doctor suggested I use this product occasionally while on the hcg diet. This is the very product he suggested. I have used it ever since. When used with other herbs for weight loss, it gives me energy throughout the day. It has no real taste and so is easy to take a tablespoon first thing in the morning when I need a boost.
