Saved me from Toxicity

My doctor introduced this product to me over a year ago. I have Hashimotos, which makes everything sluggish. Including my bowels! When you aren't able to empty your bowels, estrogen, toxins, - everything- is recirculated and reabsorbed. I was basically poisoning myself. I relied on daily coffee enemas to go, which my body got used to. He recommended this product and I rely on this everyday to have normal bowel movements. For most people who have sluggish bowels, under 1,000 will probably not suffice. I am up to 2,000 - and that is ok. Most people are deficient in magnesium anyway. I take 4 in the morning, and 1 at night. Doses will be different for everyone though so started with 2 pills a day and work yourself up each day until you get the right dose. You should be emptying bowels 2-3 times a day!
