Im not too happy with this. The pictured palette looks nothing like what i received, and i checked that i received the one i ordered - Undressed - which was correct. But the colours in the picture look sort of pinkish/mauvish, but i received a very neutral looking palette of nudes, and light browns, which i will not wear. I tend to go for brighter colours, which is why i chose the one that had pinks and mauves. Disappointed. I dont feel the picture is a good representation of what I received. I wont wear this. I cant comment as to the quality, as these are not colours Id wear. Its a well presented, giftable, palette, good looking on the outside, boxed nicely. Thats why i still gave it 3 stars. This is something that almost everyone could wear, any complexion would suit these colours. i just hate neutral colours.

I have Hazel eyes so I find that shadows at the reddish end of the spectrum work well for me. I can get a relatively natural look and the colors help the green in my eyes to pop. This is a REALLY nice palate. The whole case is sturdy and should outlast the eyeshadows (which I find is an issue with cheap make-up) LOVE the nice, large mirror in it too. It's thicker than any palate I've had and heavier, but as it's an all-in-one that would cover any color I want to use, it's perfect because it will work for both day-to-day use and for traveling.

This palette is pricey, but in line with high-end eye shadow prices. No way around that. It does NOT contain talc but it does contain MICA. I have the Romance colour selection which is perfect for my colouring. The colour trays are quite large, and the colour selections are chosen for matching and blending. The mirror is excellent quality. I love this palette. Any shadows applied are on there ALL day with no crumbling or wrinkling. Very pleased with this. The eyeshadow almost has a creamy feel to it as you apply it.
