Propolis is a mixture of resins collected by honey bees from tree buds, sap and other plant sources and is used to seal small gaps in the beehive. The function of Propolis is to reinforce the hive's integrity and stability, as well as to maintain its sanitary state. NOW® Propolis is collected by beekeepers from active, healthy hives and possesses a variety of bioflavonoids.

Easy to take and easy to put in any drink swallow

My mom has cancer and osteoporosis these pills help her build the calcium up that she needs in her bones for her to walk and because she cant get the calcium shots at the doctors office. So these pills do the trick her calcium is staying strong in her bones shes 83 shell probably leave it to be over 100 but thats a different story
