I take this for any copper imbalance

50mg, will balance high copper levels, which I think causes my moodiness and irritability during PMS. Works great - but don't forget to take it - once every morning

Just as described

This product works well for a great price. I was a bit wary of going with NOW foods until I researched the quality, and many third party sites have given them high marks. 50mg is the most I would take, but having said that I feel that it has given a great boost to my immune system. Granted it's mostly a knock on wood remark, but at least from my end, I couldn't be happier.
