Caused me an allergic reaction after few days of use

Skin was bumpy few days after i took it. I had to take strong antihistamines.

Horrible- Can I give it a negative 5 stars?

The product does not smell or taste like anything going down, but once it hits and starts to digest, I got a horrible taste in my mouth that would not go away, accompanied by a headache. This lasted the three days I took it, then stopped when I stopped taking it. Tried again with the same results. Capsules went in the compost and bottle into the recycling bin. Horrible product.
