VetriScience® Laboratories' Vetri DMG™ is a formula to support immune system health and function in dogs, cats and birds. An adaptogen that helps the body cope with various forms of stress, DMG supports performance by enhancing circulation and efficient oxygen utilization. Through its ability to lower lactic acid build-up, DMG is known to support stamina. It supports the production of intracellular glutathione and SAMe, and supplies methyl groups for the building and normal detoxification processes of many bodily constituents (like neurotransmitters, hormones, vitamins, etc.). DMG helps to strengthen the immune response when the body is confronted by foreign antigens and microorganisms. Clinical studies show that DMG supports lymphocyte and antibody production. DMG has been used in both the human and veterinary health worlds for over 30 years with no adverse or negative side effects.

Active Ingredients Per ml: 
N,N-Dimethylglycine (DMG) 125 mg 
Each Drop Contains: 
N,N-Dimethylglycine (DMG) 6 mg 
Inactive Ingredients: citric acid, glycerin, malic acid, potassium sorbate, purified water, and rosemary extract. 
Directions for Use for Dogs and Cats: 
Up to 20 lbs: 0.5 ml daily 
21 to 40 lbs: 1.0 ml daily 
41 to 80 lbs: 1.5 ml daily 
81 lbs to 100 lbs: 2.0 ml daily 
over 100 lbs: 3.0 ml daily
Give suggested level twice per day for two weeks, then once per day. For best results, divide daily amount between AM and PM.  
Birds:  One drop by mouth per 100 grams of body weight daily. 
Veterinarian Approved 
Warnings:  For animal use only. Keep out of the reach of children and other animals. In case of accidental overdose, contact a health professional immediately. Store in a cool, dry place.

Worked for my kitty

Bought this to try for my 16 year old cat who deals with symptoms of feline herpes. His eyes are usually always watery/discharge. Sometimes one eye will get pretty bad and become really red. Lysine worked, but unfortunately he is sensitive to it and it would cause diarrhea and vomiting, unless he was on some sort of GI diet. Came across this product while trying to research other things to try. It worked great with just the first dose and continues to improve his eyes each day! His eyes are barely watery anymore and the redness in his one eye has almost completely gone away. I will definitely continue to use this for him!

Dont waste your money

Didnt help, stopped cat from wanting to eat & it was already hard enough and it didnt even give him relief in breathing unfortunately

Helps my kitty

I think this has improved the health of my Ragdoll kitty. We got her from the breeder with conjunctivitis and respiratory issues. After giving this to her I noticed an improvement in her health. She is 7 months now and I still give it to her everyday. She is healthy

Seems to help my cat's weepy eyes

I'm not sure how much empirical evidence is behind the efficacy of this product, but from my own personal experience giving this and other supplements to my cat, this one in particular does appear to have a positive effect on his weepy eyes. My cat has been worked up by the vet, and does not appear to suffering from an active infection, however he still gets weepy eyes and tear stains. The vet told me to use air purifiers, which we have, and are getting more of. I mix this supplement into his wet food (or into water with kibble floating on top) and he has always eaten it. That said, this is also a cat who will eat nasty-tasting antibiotics and dewormer mixed into his food, so I'm not sure that's saying much. I will keep using this supplement for now since his eyes seem to be better with it, than without
