Disappointed in ingredients

This product contains: Highly refined fish oil concentrate (anchovy), gelatin, glycerin, purified water, silica, natural flavor, sunflower lecithin, caramel color, mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract, maltodextrin, pure wild fish oil (leaf and fruit), polyphen oil Olive extract (leaf and fruit), and sesame seed lignan extract. One has to take FOUR of these softgels to get 2200 total omega-3 fatty acides: 700 mg EPA and 500 mg DHA. I thought it was going to be better than the brand I bought via Amazon, Naturelo Omega -3 but I only have to take ONE softgel to get 1100 mg total Omega-3 fatty acids with 729 mg EPA, 275 mg DHA, and 96 mg of other Omega-3 fatty acids. Naturelo Omega-3 ingredients: purified fish oil from sustainable wild caught Alaskan Pollock, (softgel made from fish gelatin, non-GMO vegetable glycerin, and purified water), natural Lemon Oil, and Natural Mixed Tocopherols. Ill stick to Naurelo brand because it does not contain preservatives, peanuts, tree nuts, GMOs, Gluten, milk, eggs, or shellfish.

Arrived all stuck together

This is a good product overall. However, the last couple of bottles arrived with all the capsules bunched-up together. On the last bottle I was able to separate them with a bit of effort. On my latest bottle the capsules are very difficult to pull apart, to the point that I feel they might break. Also, the fishy smell and taste has gotten really strong. I wont buy these anymore.

Doesn't lower cholesterol levels.

This product doesn't work. I took 2 complete bottles of this product and NEVER lowered my cholesterol levels. In fact, my bad Cholesterol went up 5 points in about a month. (134 to 139). So the Doctor gave my a prescription of Atorvastatin 10MG. In a month taking those the levels came down from 139 to 88. That was a waste of money. Don't recommended if you can change your diet a bit and take some prescription. It is about an effort and a medication that works well.

Super Omega-3

Not sure why they call it Super Omega-3 because the concentration is very weak. Probably need 8/day in order to drop triglycerides. That said, it is a good quality product per various reviews
