So far so good

Between my husband and I, we are on our fourth bottle. I suppose its doing what it supposed to. Its good there are no side effects. We are taking it as a natural remedy to reduce pain in our older age

High Blood Pressure Treatment

On a whim I took my blood pressure and saw it was alarmingly high,184 /97. I quickly took 2 capsules of this product and one capsule of tumeric because of their blood thinning properties and I drank 20 ozs of water. Withing 15 minutes I took my blood pressure again and was happy to see that it went down to 156/71. I drank some more water and concentrated on deep breathing and relaxing. About two hours later it went down to 130/ 68. Not perfect but much better. I do not take medicine and since then I am on a new vitamin regime and have changed some eating habits. I monitor (my attitude) my pressure 3 times a day and I have noticed that it has been slowly stabilizing greatly, not perfect yet but my pressure is doing a whole lot better. I have also added more potassium( do not do if you have kidney issues), more vitamin C and Neprinol AFD( another blood thinner). Since I have been using all of this plus CBD oil and do Restorative yoga and sometime Qi Gong so far I rarely see my pressure go past 156 and I am still monitoring to see what works. Once I stabilize my blood pressure and get it below 120/80 I will reduce the dosages that I have been using and develops a maintainable program. But, all in all in a pinch I swear by this product!

This really helps!

I had only ordered one bottle and used 1 pill day and night to help with my shoulder pain. It did seem to help but does not work like RX painkillers (fast etc) which I have never taken. I thought my shoulder was feeling better due to the warmer weather etc. Well about 2 weeks ago I ran out and I my shoulder pain has returned. I could not sleep last night. Ordering a new bottle NOW!
