Unpleasant scent and not sealed properly.

This product arrived with no seal and was taped shut with Scotch Tape

I bought this because I had used a sample from a store and it was wonderful! With this full size bottle, the texture of the conditioner was different and it does not make my hair shine as the sample did. Don't know if that's because I bought it online. Would it be different if I bought it directly from a store? I don't know

Something is not right here.......

I dont know if this seller if legit and selling legitimate products. This conditioner dried my hair out and matted it together in a wad. I couldnt comb through my hair at all! I had to use 3 separate conditioners to try and comb my hair, they made it a little better but I ended up using a sulfate shampoo and washing the Desert Essence out, along with the two Giovanni conditioners and the Biolage conditioner. Then my hair was good to go, silky again! The sulfate removed whatever film the Desert Essence left behind. Stay away from this conditioner, if you use it already and like it, do not buy from this seller

Love the conditioner, dont love the smell but it make my hair feel smooth
