Expired product - texture off?

I received this product and it was thick like molasses with a compromised quality. Can't use it in my oil diffuser

It is very thick so it will last a lot longer & the scent is soooo good! Love it! This is my go-to brand from now on due to this & 2 others Ive purchased being such better quality than others Ive bought

vetiver product smells rotten

vetiver product smells rotten. I bought one of these in store and it smells wonderful but the item from amazon smells rancid maybe it got to hot in the warehouse :(

Smelled Nasty and I had to pay the shipping to return a stinky product.

It's unfortunate when you receive a product and it smells 'Nasty'!!! Especially when this was the second bottle of Vetiver I ordered from this company. The first bottle smelled 'Amazing' so I ordered a second bottle. It smells terrible!!! The company obviously doesn't guaranty their product and will not pay for return shipping. I won't order from this company again!!!

By far the best vetiver

This IS Vetiver oil. It's gooey, thick. You have to take the stopper out and get a disposable or washable dropper to dispense it, which is how it should be. If your vetiver flows out, it's been cut with another oil and you should be wary
