Helps with menopause symptoms

I've been taking for several years now for menopause symptoms. I noticed when I don't take I have more hot flashes

Caused me to have anxiety issues

I have to be very careful taking supplements that mess with my hormones because they can cause me to be sad or angry etc. I am in menopause and after using this for five days I was starting to feel very anxious and had difficulty concentrating so discontinued use. After stopping, I felt normal again.
