Hydrating broad spectrum SPF 30 moisturizer

Provides protection for an active, outdoor lifestyle and prolonged sun exposure. This sun-smart technology is a dominant defense against the UVA and UVB rays that can cause early skin aging. Lightweight and hydrating, it protects without adding shine. Dermatologist and clinically tested to be non-irritating.

Also available in a convenient, flight-friendly travel size.

For all skin types: oily skin, combination skin, dry skin, and sensitive skin.

Active Ingredients: Avobenzone 2.0%, Octinoxate 7.5%, Octisalate 5.0%, Octocrylene 7.0%, Oxybenzone 5.0% Purpose: Sunscreen

Directions: Shake tube before use. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Reapply at least every two hours. Children under 6 months: Ask a doctor.
Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: Limit time in the sun, especially from 10am to 2pm. Wear long sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses. 
Warnings: For external use only. When using this product keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove. Stop use and ask a doctor if rish occurs. Keep out of reach of children. If product is swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

I observed no relief with this. Capsule size is so big, its very difficult to swallow with less water.

Very Impressed

This is a godsend when taking antibiotics. I take 2 before the RX and not an issue anymore. It also stops the nasty cramps from some spicy foods. I have acid reflux and it helps. I will continue to buy these in larger quantities.
