I've been taking these for years

I probably wouldn't do probiotics if I had to fuss with the live refrigerated stuff, but I started taking these little pearls after a prolonged bout of antibiotics had seriously messed up my gut and they fixed it like magic. Recently had surgery that was followed by a month of proton pump inhibitor, again my gut was just not right, but with these and careful eating I was able to get back to normal again
