Favorite prenatals

These are by far my most favorite prenatals. Only down fall is theyre kinda big, but I just take them with a big gulp of something. I loved them so much I take them daily even after having my son.

Great multivitamin

I just recently started taking these toward the end of my pregnancy. I was taking another prenatal but they always made me sick. I feel so much better with these. They have never made me sick and my body just feels better overall. I feel less tired. I love that these vitamins are food-based and that they contain iron and magnesium. I plan to keep taking these even after I deliver.

Not safe for people with celiac disease

120 Capsules Too many

Pros: Able to take on an empty stomach, initially do not have a weird taste/smell. Help meet dietary needs. Cons: 120 bottle size is not shelf stable for 120 days. Around day 45 the pills begin to smell/gain a weird taste. I keep my apt. between 67F - 75F (19C - 25C) depending on season. Well within listed range on bottle. If going to purchase the 120 or larger containers to save money, only remove 30 day supply at a time or keep all in the fridge.
