Great Overall!

Great product, the chocolate flavor container should have 30 servings to last a month not 25. May try the non chocolate or look for different product.

Better sleep

It builds back up your pineal for a restful nights sleep. I was taking three benadrill and sleeping about 4 hrs a night. Now I am down to two benadrill and 1 pineal tablet and sleep about 6 hrs a night. Goal is to ween of both over time.
