Effective in maintaining bone strength

I began taking this a few years.AFTER A DOCTOR RECOMMENDED THE DOSAGE. There a home urinalysis test that my doctor gives me (NTx), which analyzes bone density. In the years Ive taken it, my density has improved, which has allowed me to take a lower amount of milligrams. I recommend you taking advice from your doctor and not just guessing what your body needs

I have only used for a couple weeks am using for osteoporosis. Seems if I take 2 capsules a day I have no pain, trying to use 1 cap in between as is expensive. Taking at night has been most beneficial
