Ingredients: Purified Water, Organic Coconut Oil, Emulsifying Wax, Stearic Acid, USP Progesterone, Phenoxyethanol, USP Estriol,
USP Estradiol, Vitamin E, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum.
Progesterone Content: About 40mg per ½ teaspoon Estriol Content: About 1.6mg per ½ teaspoon Estradiol Content: About 0.4mg per ½ teaspoon
Directions: Apply 1/4 teaspoon twice daily to skin or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

My boyfriend loves them

I got prenatal vitamins (same brand) for myself and ordered these for my bf. He was leery with them being all natural but likes the flavor and enjoys them. He, too, felt a noticeable physical difference after starting them. Love this brand and what theyre doing for our health!

Use this for high cortisol at night time

No Soy. Easy to swallow. Could possibly stick together if kept in hot, humid, conditions. Seems to help me sleep better at night.

Excellent for nighttime cortisol spikes

I periodically have issues with cortisol spikes waking me up bw. 2-4am (at certain times in the monthly cycle, so hormone related for me). Taking this before bed completely eliminates that issue. One softgel before bed works for me.

Not packaged sufficiently

Just got it in the mail. The tube is similar to a toothpaste tube (delicate) and it was packed in an Amazon paper bag with no bubble wrap. The tube was torn on a seam and had leaked product when I opened it. I am not returning it as it is wasteful, but (again) I have received things purchased from Amazon that have leaked product.

Game changer for peri/menopause

53 years old. Started having symptoms of vaginal atrophy (now called genitourinary syndrome or menopause) apprx 5 months ago. I still get period tho irregular. The symptom that is/was the worst for me feeling like I have a severe UTI all the time (frequency, urge and burning). It has deeply and negatively effected my life. Tried long term vaginal moisturizers which eased maybe 20% of other symptoms but not urinary issues. This product is a game changer. For me, as soon as I applied it, I felt relief from the urinary problems and it only got better as I used it each day. ** I definitely dont think this is a one size fits all dosage and agree with others that, depending where you are in peri/menopause, you may need less. I found less than a pea size pump 3x per day works for me. Sometimes, depending on where I am in my cycle, I only need a pea size it 2x per day** But I will say that if I miss a day, I DEFINITELY notice my UTI symptoms come back. Last, UTI cultures are all negative. Highly recommend this for peri/early menopause. Well worth the money
