Difficult to find this combination

My cardiologist recommended this combination of proprionyl and acetyl l-Carnitine. It helps to minimize the scar tissue development in the months following heart attack. Life extension is a reliable brand, and I am thankful to find this on Amazon.

Bottle half full and pump doest work

Very disappointed. Just opened this last nite, attempted to use but was unable to. The pump does not work. But most importantly when i opened the bottle to see what was the issue with the pump, the bottle is HALF full. Super disappointed with product and quality control on Amazon's behalf.

I just started using it i cant say i have seen any changes yet. The bottle its so tiny and i thought it was going to be bigger. Its a travel size so little and too overpriced for the price.

Best face cream by far. I use the night cream day and night. I use it as a primer for my makeup and my skin always gets compliments.
