Okay but tastes like medicine.

Taste Great

I have been using these for years on the recommendation of my eye doctor for help with dry eyes. They help with that and have also helped lower my cholesterol. They tast great. They should be kept in the fridge and as far as I can tell have no preservatives in them. I have taken other brands with preservatives and had allergy issues with it. These dont bother me at all
