Calms my Restless Legs

Ive tried a number of different products for Restless Legs syndrome and this works better than anything else for me that Ive tried in the past. I dont need it every night, but on some nights I take one right at bedtime and I get to sleep just fine. If I wake up in an hour, I may or may not take one more. Ive tried quinine, tonic water, vitamin E, lecithin, and choline, and there is value in all of those things, but this works much better than all others. This can be mildly upsetting to the stomach on an empty stomach, but one capsule hasnt bothered me. It is a medium sized capsule, not hard to swallow with water or soft foods.
