HAS 2 different product labels on it

It says Lachesis Mutus on the label which is for hot flashes??? I am way past that stage and I didn't buy this for that. What is going on? It also has a label over the top of this that says Boron Nature Sulphuricum? Which is it? One is for Hot Flashes and the other for Bronchials

Great cough and sinus suppressor. Little tiny sugar pellets. Easy to take!

Works well before retiring at night when your immune system goes to sleep at night.
