No complaints. It does the job. Affordable which is good since I have to take them the rest of my life. Easy to swallow for me.

Bariatric Vitamins

I had gastric bypass 20 years ago and never took any vitamin supplements. As you can imagine, I became pretty depleted. My endocrinologist recommended I start taking something immediately. I feel so much better after taking these daily. I am curious how my blood levels will be in six months. I know I feel better for sure. The pills are huge, what I call horse pills but are okay to swallow doing one at a time. There is no after taste really or anything like that. I might suggest not taking them on an empty stomach to avoid indigestion though.

Healthy Sleep

I bought this product on a whim. I love taking anything New Chapter and decided to try it to see if it would help me sleep as I have a hard time sleeping more than 5 hours. Not only did I get good 8 hours of sleep but my body was so relaxed that I was passing gas all night and when I woke up I didnt feel groggy or light lightheaded!! I was energized all day. Thank you New Chapter ????
