Milk thistle protects the liver. I find this brand to be reliable, safe, and effective.

Yuck ??

I don't know who thought it was a good idea to add essential orange and lemon oils to this stuff. It taste terrible. I should have read the ingredients before buying. Also the squeeze bulb on the dropper leaks all over your hand when used. I won't be buying this again.

New Chapter multivitamins not all they claim is true!

New Chapter was recently purchased by Proctor&Gamble. If you look at Proctor&Gamble's mission statement it basically states they are going through all measures to cut costs. This is why a toxic cyanide based form of B12 is used instead of a more costly methyl based B12 which is in alot of their competitors vitamins. Do your research before purchasing!

These upset my stomach

I like most New Chapter vitamins but these upset my stomach. Recently switched to NOW Coenzyme B and they are much gentler on my tummy. They are comparable in ingredients and dose, so if these are giving you a stomach ache try switching. Ditto for their Bone Strength Vitamins
