Moonshine strength

The alcohol content in this vial is probably fine if you're looking for a little nip now and then. If you'd rather avoid streaming tears when you take your milk thistle, maybe not.

Changed formula

Disappointed! They changed the formula and it is alot thinner/clearer than before. I tested it and it does not work as well.

Diluted milk thistle concentration

This is not the true milk thistle seed by Gaia( it has a clear fluid with a very low concentration of the herb); the packaging is the same but the content is diluted. It does not contain the milk thistle seed in a concentration that will help to clean your liver. I have bought it before from Gaia directly and it contain the appropriate milk thistle concentration. I would recomend buying it from Gaia directly.
