These almost always work for me. I only take them as needed. 2 tablets are enough to help me fall asleep. This is the second Hylands product Ive used and both are effective! Im a happy Hylands customer!

It's a crapshoot

I bought this because the Moisture and Energy work unbelievably well. The Sleep is a crapshoot. You either sleep well or you're awake all night. And it's usually the latter. It's like they mixed sleep and energy together. I would not regiment this one

Beware if you are gluten sensitive!

This product does work for sleep, but if you are gluten sensitive. . .beware! Was looking for something to help me stay asleep, which it did, but my usual symptoms for ingesting hidden gluten were immediately noticeable
