Product arrived damaged

Product in the bottle was melted together and misshaped. I suspect it was damaged due to high heat in the warehouse somewhere before it was delivered to me.

Helps with anxiety and sleep

When my anxiety crops up and keeps me from sleeping, Zen helps me immensely. I take 1-2 in the morning and 1-2 at bedtime. If things are bad, I take 1 midday too. It calms me and lets me get back to my day and my rest.

Better results after second month

So far I am doung better, I have been using this for about 2 months now. I use to wear a knee brace and I have not used it for about 2 weeks or so. I still have some pain , but it less than before. I use to wear it before working, now none. I do not start to get a lot of pain until the last part of my night during med pass before the other nurses come in to work. On my off days I am better by far the second day off. I am recouping faster than before.

An excellent product

My Integrative MD recommended this product as I struggle with anxiety and sleep issues and suffer from adrenal fatigue. I recommend taking a few hours before bedtime to help you wind down. The best part is you do not feel like you are on drugs nor wake up feeling groggy if you get at least 7 hours of rest. This also doesn't leave any after taste nor cause headaches or queasy feelings (at least not for me and I have a sensitive system).
