Easy on the Stomach

I am on my fourth order if that tells you anything. I had been taking just magnesium and suffered from constant diarrhea. My sister, the nurse, was asking me what I took in order to help me figure it out. When I told her magnesium, she stopped me right there. That is when she mentioned milk of magnesia, and the connection became crystal clear. I don't know why I didn't put two and two together on my own. On with the story, a second sister said you have to take one with glycinate to combat that, and gave me two to take that very same day. It was instantaneous! I had an 8-hr. drive back home that day, and never once had to make an emergency stop. That day, or any day since.

I am done with this product forever.

I am not ever going with this manufacturer again as the new version apparently has magnesium carbonate included in the ingredients with an unknown amount. So its a mix of unknown proportions of glycinate with carbonate.
