I'm taking these magnesium capsules to reduce and/or eliminate the leg cramps I sometimes get in the middle of the night. I've been on these capsules for 30 days now and no more midnight leg cramps. I've also increased my water consumption to a full 8 glasses of water per day.
Good for sleep or during day. Good for relaxation, and stress. This brand uses good forms of magnesium! Don't waste money on magnesium oxide.. which is in alot of magnesium supplements. If you want a magnesium for energy, choose magnesium malate, not this. Though this won't knock you out, it relaxes, but will help sleep.
Had insomnia for years and dont like sleeping pills. This works slowly and is effective.
I take two in the morning and two in the evening with meals. I have noticed improved sleep after 2 weeks. I'm hoping it becomes even better over time. I track my sleep and I've gone from no deep sleep to at least 3 hours of deep sleep per week. Crossing my fingers for improved sleep.
