Thorne Magnesium Citramate Seems to Have a Positive Effect

I had some magnesium deficiency identified in a blood test, and so bought this one on the bases of other reviews of the product and the reputation of the manufacturer. I have been taking it for over a month and I feel some improvement in the length and quality of my sleep (primarily). I sense an over all improvement in my physical health, strength and acuity. I am sure this has had some beneficial impact, but that is a little hard to say for sure. But I definitely noticed an improvement in sleep, within a week of starting these capsules.
