Best for sleep

I have long been a victim of insomnia, and used to rely on sleeping pills to get to sleep at night. When I discovered how much they interrupt your deep sleep, I searched for a more natural way to find asleep quickly. A forgotten website explained how Magnesium can ease you into sleep, and that Ascorbate was the most effective form in which to take this supplement to encourage sleep. I chose Source Naturals Magnesium Ascorbate tablets, by far the easiest way for me to take this supplement. After adding 1 tablet (combined with another supplement of hops and Ashweganda) my sleep has improved 200%. I sleep through the night and feel rested and refreshed in the morning. I also like that I get my daily dose of Vitamin C, and that this tablet is free from Soy, which I am allergic to. I know this works, because when I don't take it, I revert back to the same sleepless nights. I will be using this for a long time to come, and highly recommend it for a more natural sleep without the groggy morning feeling that sleeping pills can leave you with.
