Take one (1) drop once or twice daily with food, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

Individuals consuming more than 50 mcg (2,000) IU/day of vitamin D (from diet and supplements) should periodically obtain a serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D measurement. Do not exceed 10,000 IU per day unless recommended by your doctor. Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended for individuals with high blood calcium levels.

My go to powder

I really like this powder. Personally, I would like a stronger chocolate flavor, but I've gotten used to it being subtle. I purchased this based on it being ranked as one of the cleanest. My favorite recipe as a meal substitute: 1 c. frozen whole strawberries, 1/2 c. frozen wild blueberries, 1 c. unsweetened almond milk, 2 scoops chocolate powder, 1 scoop unflavored collagen powder, and 1/2 avocado, plus a little extra water to make it blend well. If I don't have a good ripe avocado, I'll put in 1 T coconut oil.

Primary product I use in my Excema treatment for my hands. I've repurchased many times. Really helps me with itching. I've used it as a stand alone in the middle of the night or part of a 3-step program that I use with SkinSmart, Vanicream HC 1% and prescription Triamclinolone. I use DermaE after my concoction for my hands. I've been really dry (age and cold weather) and use this on my forehead for fast relief. I haven't tried any other DermaE products, at this time. Couldn't do without this one!

Can humans use this

Question for Dr. Mercola (since your question category has been closed off for questions): Can humans use this? The human one is too sweet and the oral supplement in capsules has far too many additional ingredients for my autoimmune disorder to handle. If anybody happens to know this answer, because they posted as a comment and I will check back in.
