It is moisturizing but I didnt feel the affect of cayenne pepper and ginger. Couldnt even smell it!

Price gouging

I find it very annoying that this price has increased so dramatically here. I used to buy this years ago at a reasonable price and came back here after developing tooth sensitivity. If you do the math 180 x 5mg = 900 mg of MK4 in the bottle. The relentless improvement brand at $44 provides 1350 mg in a bottle and its at clinical doses as prescribed in Japan. Really poor price point here. Im 29 year old male I would rather take two smaller doses of these as Im not treating osteoporosis and MK4 has a short half life id rather divide up the doses to twice a day rather than one large 15 mg dose. Grrrrr
