Don't buy them!

They came boiling hot. The ice pack not was not cold but also it burnt my hand as it was left in the sun. The seller didn't accept the return and said probiotics can stay in the heat alive and my question is why then they even bother to pack it with an icepack if that is the case?!!! Also, they were not effective! I didn't see any result (As they didn't accept the return, I started using them). Drinking kombucha helped my gut much better afterward.

Not COOL PACK - expensive rip-off.

This item was advertised as "SHIPS WITH COOL PACK. But it was not. It came via 4 days ground in the summer heat and not in COOL PACK. Ive seen COOL PACK before. This was not it. This item is not good to use. This was an expensive rip-off.
