Gave me horrible headaches

I honestly cant speak on whether or not this helped with mood/stress support because of how severe of a headache I would get from this. So its hard to gauge considering only thing I felt was borderline a migraine. I rarely get headaches so when I do I can pinpoint the cause. This was the only change in my regimen. Wish I had a better experience with this but this was a fail in my book. Sadly cant return/get money back.

I have used this product for multiple months with some observable benefits in increasing my motivation and confidence heading into work daily. I take two caps to observe a noticeable change, although I may need to increase further as I do not feel the same effect when first starting on these. I will continue to take as I have not had any negative side effects.
