L-Lysine is an amino acid produced naturally by a microbiological fermentation process and is an essential component of protein found naturally in the human body. Monolaurin is a mono-ester of lauric acid, a fatty acid found in the coconut oil and present in breast milk. They have been studied for their reputed ability to provide nutritive support for the immune system.

So I brought this to help with my chronic EBV and Lyme disease. I have swelling and joint pain in knee and ankle. This helped w my pain after about two days which I am so great full for. But the flip side is that you are suppose to take L-lysine on an empty stomach and Monolaurin with food. I should have done my research before. So I suggest the Solray L-lysine by itself so u can dose it urself and monolaurin alone too. I hope this helps someone.

Wont disappoint

I went to doc for typical bloodwork, and i was deficient in vit D. I started to take this and at the 3 mnth follow up apt, the new bloodwork showed me being perfect. It was a nice middle ground of being good quality and not breaking the bank in price. I totally recommend it!
