I have recently discovered Boiron products and am using quite a few of their blends. The arnica is great for pain control, and I prefer taking these natural products over ibuprofen or acetaminophen that can cause long term issues. I like Boiron's long history of being in the homeopathic business, and their containers are easy to dispense the right number of pastelles and pop into your mouth. I bought the 3-pack so I could carry one in my purse and have the others in convenient spots around the house.

Fantastic 2 in 1 benefits!

I need to take fish oil to raise my HDL, but it is hard to get enough in daily. I love that one capsule in the AM and another before bed covers it. Getting a healthy dose of garlic is a bonus! It isnt fishy like some brands can be either! Win-win!
