Our Kirunal is newly processed using Supercritical Fluid Extraction (SFE), a cold Carbon Dioxide (CO2) process to extract the sensitive fish oils. It's vitally important to avoid heat, which degrades (oxidizes) unsaturated fish oils. Kirunal is now cleaner and highly concentrated, with 420 mg of EPA/DHA in each 500 mg capsule. All fish oils should be produced the same way, but currently they're not.*

This is a good product

This is good fish oil. It supports heart health and is easy to swallow. No fish burps during the day after taking it. The price is a bit high, but you get 315 mg. of EPA and 105 mg. of DHA in two small soft gels. This fish oil is distilled from sardines and anchovies.

I've used several nootropics support my brain. I notice the difference when it's missing from my stack. Everyone should add this to enhance recall and problem solving capabilities.

BodyBio Kirunal fish oil 130 Ct I like that the softgels are small, making it easy to swallow them. One gel contains just 420 mg total EPA+DHA though so, to satisfy min 1000 mg per day, I have to take 3 softgels per day. There's no off smell or taste.

I take fish oil to help my heart health. I'm not sure that this brand has the highest quality ingredients, and it's a lower strength than what I normally take, but it's also less money.

Nice Combo

First off, I love the company. There prices are great, and certain combos they provide are really good. Some of the dosages are a little weak, but the variety is there. Again, as with this particular combo I believe I get better results when I take the two individually.
