This mood version didnt work for me like the yellow boxed EPS version does, which Ive switched back to. A huge difference. Perhaps it depends on the person and their digestive issues.
It's always hard to objectively assess how effective dietary supplements are - would you still have had that stomache ache if you hadn't taken the supplement, or perhaps it would have been worse? Our middle school kid has had some chronic stomache issues and also what we think is stress-related sleep disturbances and mood issues. So far, after about 2 weeks of using this, we think that her mood has improved, and she hasn't had a tantrum. Again, it's hard to say, perhaps it's the nearing end of the school year or perhaps it's the improving weather and increasing hours of sunlight. I will update this review as we make further observations.
Another good product from Jarrow. It does seem to help with my digestive help, and gave me some increase in energy/mood, at least when used over time. I say give it a try.
